Partnered OTA Ryanair Terms

1.  myRyanair Account

In order to manage my Ryanair booking (including checking in online), I will need to log into my myRyanair account. The email address (“Booking Email Address”) that I give to the Partnered Online Travel Agent (“Partnered OTA”) that I make my booking with will be shared with Ryanair for the following purposes:

a.  it will be the contact email address associated with my flight booking and used by Ryanair to communicate with me;

b.  in order to establish if I have an existing myRyanair account associated with that booking email;

If I do have an existing account, Ryanair will send me an email to my Booking Email Address with a link to log into that account and link my flight booking to my account

If I do not have a myRyanair account linked to my Booking Email Address, I will need to create one. In order to create a myRyanair account, Ryanair will send me an email to my Booking Email Address to assist me in completing account set up. As part of new account set up, I may need to complete the passenger verification process on the Ryanair website.

 

2.  Payment Information

The payment information that I provide to the Partnered OTA will only be processed by that Partnered OTA. Ryanair will not receive or process my payment details other than to confirm that I have received a refund from that Partnered OTA in the event one is due to me, in which case Ryanair may be provided with the last four digits of my payment card by the Partnered OTA.

Ryanair will only have my payment details where I provide them to Ryanair directly in order to purchase additional products on the Ryanair Website – refunds due in relation to additional products in that case will be made by Ryanair back to the payment method I use on the Ryanair Website.  

 

3.  Correspondence with the Partnered OTA

Ryanair will copy the Partnered OTA on all correspondence I receive relating to the Ryanair flight services provided as part of this agreement with the Partnered OTA.

 

4.  Refund Policy

All refunds in relation to the Ryanair flight services provided as part of this agreement with the Partnered OTA will be processed and paid by the Partnered OTA directly to me.  

 

5.  Ryanair Policies

I have read and accepted Ryanair’s Terms and Conditions, including Ryanair’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. I understand however that the above terms in relation to my payment details and refunds will apply.
