Non-EU citizens* can now upload and store Passport and Visa documents ahead of time
in the Ryanair app.

The process is simple and quick, all you need is the Ryanair App and your travel documents.
1. Select your flight & check-in as usual.
2. Enter your passport details, and you’ll be prompted to upload up to three relevant travel documents.
3. Your documents are now uploaded to the Ryanair App.

If you’re a non-EU citizen travelling from a non-Schengen to Schengen area (e.g., UK to Germany), you can upload your travel documents to the Ryanair App up to 2 hours before your flight.
As part of your check in we will allow you to upload up to three travel documents per passenger. All personal data uploaded by you and others on your booking will be processed in accordance with the Ryanair Privacy Policy. Visa documents will be available in your account for 48 hours and will be saved by Ryanair for 18 months.
Please note you still need to bring your physical travel documents e.g., Passport and Visa documents on your day of travel and proceed to the visa check desk at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
The check-in and Visa/Document Check desks are open at least 2 hours before your departure time and close strictly 40 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure.
