If you made a booking via a third-party intermediary who has no commercial relationship with Ryanair to sell our flights, you will be asked to verify your identity before you can manage your booking and check in.

Please follow these steps to complete:

Step 1:

Enter your name and booking reference

You may need to ask the travel agent for the booking reference  if they did not already send it to you.

Step 2:

Login to / create a myRyanair account

If the OTA sends you the email they used to make your booking, you cannot use this. You will need to use a personal account.

Step 3:

Complete Standard Verification Declarations

Agree to the standard verification declarations.

Step 4:

Upload a photo of your signature

This will be cross checked with the signature on your ID document.

Step 5:

Take a photo of your ID document 

Ensure the picture is not blurry, there are no glares, the full document is in frame and the signature is included in the photo.

Step 6:

Confirm your phone number and payment details

Sometimes, travel agents use their own card details to pay for your booking. In the unlikely event of a refund, we need to know if we should ask you to update your details to ensure you receive the refund directly.
