If you made a booking via a third-party intermediary who has no commercial relationship with Ryanair to sell our flights, you will be asked to verify your identity before you can manage your booking and check in.
Please follow these steps to complete:
Step 1:
Enter your name and booking reference
You may need to ask the travel agent for the booking reference if they did not already send it to you.

Step 2:
Login to / create a myRyanair account
If the OTA sends you the email address they used to make your booking, you cannot use this email address to create or login to a myRyanair account. You will need to use your personal email address to create or login to your myRyanair account.

Step 3:
Complete Express Verification Declarations
Agree to the express verification declarations.

Step 4:
Pay a €/£ 0.59 fee
This covers the cost incurred by our partner GetID, Ryanair do not benefit commercially from this.

Step 5:
Take a photo of your ID document
Ensure the picture is not blurry, there are no glares, the full document is in frame and the signature is included in the photo.

Step 6:
Complete biometrics checks
You will need to take a selfie and complete a liveness check.

Step 7:
Confirm your phone number and payment details
Sometimes, travel agents use their own card details to pay for your booking. In the unlikely event of a refund, we need to know if we should ask you to update your details to ensure you receive the refund directly.
